1. Where do you ship from?

All of our items are shipped from Marble Falls, Texas.

2. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Each product will state the estimated shipping time in the description. Depending on the size of your order, it can ship within 1-14 business days or 14+ business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Small retail orders will usually ship in 1-4 business days.

3. Can I return an item?

We do accept returns within 14 business days, and your return must be approved before being sent back. To have your return approved, please email us at theslipperypearl@gmail.com. In the event that a return is not approved before being sent back, it may be refused upon receipt.

4. I need a small quantity of something that you sell, but I do not see it on your site. Can I purchase this item in a small quantity?

Yes, we offer all items in small quantities in our Etsy store, and you may purchase it in our Etsy store: The Slippery Pearl

We can accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase for bulk orders and within 48 hours for small quantity orders, as long as the items have not shipped out. A 20% restocking/production fee will apply to all cancelled orders. 

6. Why do you charge a restocking fee?

A restocking fee is charged for cancellations and returns because as soon as your order is placed, we start production on the items. Labor and materials are already being utilized as soon as you order, so a restocking fee covers the cost of this. For returns, a restocking fee is charged to cover original shipping costs and the labor to "re-stock" the items in our warehouse.
